First time I saw this was when I worked in a 5 star hotel...
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The claims that this recipe was learned in a "college of California" or first seen in a 5-star hotel are fabricated clickbait. The video follows a pattern from Portuguese creators using fake US backstories for engagement.

🚨BREAKING: Claude can now help you build an Instagram page from scratch and hit revenue in 120 days — without showing your face, and posting is free.
Imagine a page with 500k followers. One post reaches over half a million people. That reach is valuable to you and to companies worldwide. You’re still early — like real estate in the 1980s or crypto in 2014.
Over 5 billion people use social media monthly, but only 1% create content. Even if that doubled, you’d be ahead of 98%. Don’t look back in 5 years wishing you’d started. Make the promise today.

I’ve been trading for 9+ years.
I’ve blown accounts, chased trades, and jumped between strategies.
Now I can make $250+ a day before most people eat breakfast.
Here’s every trading tip I wish someone told me when I started:

If my 84-year-old Dad wanted to make an extra $10,000/month…
I’d never suggest ATMs.
I’d avoid vending machines.
I’d stay away from day trading.
Instead, I’d show him this hands-off side hustle (that pays me $25k/month).
Here’s the simple setup:

A sweaty workout doesn’t automatically mean it was a good workout.
You don’t have to crawl out of the gym, feel completely exhausted or spend the next three days struggling to sit down to make progress
Effective training is about choosing exercises that suit your ability, challenging your body appropriately and allowing enough time to recover
Some days you’ll have more energy than others, and that’s normal. What matters is building a routine you can follow consistently without ignoring pain, sacrificing recovery or turning exercise into punishment

Joan MacDonald is 79 years old, yet she:
• Lifts heavier than most people half her age
• Deadlifts and swings kettlebells
• Started it all at 70
Here's how she did it (& what you can steal from her approach):
Imagine throwing something away today and seeing it become somebody’s home tomorrow. 😮🏠 I honestly wouldn’t have guessed waste could be put to use like this!

I thought laying tiles was just about sticking them to the floor until this video showed how much care goes into getting every piece to line up.
🧵 TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT YOUR FINGERNAILS. THEY MIGHT BE TELLING YOU SOMETHING.
Most of us hardly pay attention to our nails unless it's time to trim them.
But have you ever noticed a strange line, unusual colour or change in their shape?
Sometimes, these little changes are worth paying attention to. Here's what they could mean. 👇
7. A black or dark line on your nail ⚠️
Pay attention to this one.
A dark line running along a nail can have several causes, but occasionally it may be a sign of nail melanoma, a type of skin cancer.
If a new dark line appears or an existing one changes, have it examined by a doctor.
8. Drumstick-shaped nails
This happens when the fingertips become enlarged and the nails curve more than usual.
It's known as nail clubbing and can sometimes be associated with underlying heart or lung conditions.
It's not something to ignore, particularly if it's a new development.
ONE THING WORTH REMEMBERING:
Not every unusual nail change means something is wrong with your health. Some are completely harmless.
But your body sometimes gives you little clues that are easy to overlook.
So, the next time you trim your nails, take a closer look. It costs nothing to pay attention.
Your health matters. Take care of it. ❤️
