#BBQ 1st time try. Brisket- was on point; extremely tender / great smoke flavor. Ribs- arguably the best that I’ve ever tasted. Sausage-didn’t try Smoked bread pudding- delicious Potato salad- very good Beans- hard miss Unfortunately, Dino ribs were sold out. Pinkerton’s is definitely elite #NoSauceAdded

My dad didn’t encourage my brother or I, but we followed bc we both saw how much joy he had being a physician. We also saw how retirement seemingly zapped a lot of that joy. Learned how to become a physician, away and more importantly, at home from him. Also learned in my retirement how not to be like him. So far……so good.

There has never been physician leadership at the highest level. Never. Those physicians have been bought and controlled, and have absolutely not done a thing to protect any of us fighting the good fight in the trenches. Impossible to win a gun fight when you have both fists tied behind your back, and then realizing that the ones providing the bullets to your opponents used to be “one of your own physicians.”

Luis Tumialan, MD Knocks it out of the park. Why did the federal government ban physician ownership in hospitals? Physician owned hospitals are the highest quality hospitals either the lowest prices. Imagine banning Apple, Google, Amazon, Nvidia, and Tesla from growing? This is the insanity of the moratorium on physician ownership in hospitals.
