Thanks to everyone who came along to this afternoon's gardening session. We had a good turn out with ten volunteers and the sun was shining! 🌟 We worked along the bottom path and the central beds at both Crescent and Adelaide Gardens. Well done everyone.

Thankyou to everyone who came along to Marine Garden yesterday and helped make our Annual Fete a success. A special thanks to those who helped set up and clear away, especially the morning session who were out early in the rain getting everything ready.

Thanks to all who came to our Wednesday l session. We worked on the low wall on the lower path, and also weeded the steps. 1st photo shows the wall when we started a few sessions back. All were like that and barely visible to start with and we have gradually uncovered them.

Details of our Autumn Fete in September! Lots of things planned - old favourites and some completely new attractions. All the details are on the poster - please share. 🙂

Thanks to everyone who came to help with our Beach Lawn volunteer session on Sunday. We are trying our best to stop the reeds from overtaking the channels - which isn't easy when they keep on growing and supergluing themselves to the floor! 😂 We are getting there though!

Thanks to all who came along to gardening on Tuesday. We stuck to the shade of the lower path and uncovered another section of wall. The wall is castellated (is that the right word? 🤔) along much of the lower path but has vanished under grass and weeds over the years.

Thanks to everyone who came along to this afternoon's gardening session, and not only did some tidying up, but also helped save this little one. Kept him safe (in a gardening tub!) and found him a place at Freshfields where he is now recovering. 🦔

Thanks to the volunteers who came out today to help at Beach Lawn. The reeds are trying to take over the channels again, so we have cleared a few sections to keep it at bay. It was quite hard going at times - the reeds don't like to be uprooted! So big thanks to all of you
