Alright Falcon Nation, time to use the power of Social Media. We are trying to decide the last time, if ever, the Boys Golf Team advanced to Day #2 of the Section Golf Tournament? Also, we’d like to know the all time low total for an individual in a round. Tweet @FoleyFalconsHS.

Contrary to popular belief 🏀🏈⚽️ pre-game meals do little to enhance performance.
The meals, snacks, and fluids consumed in the days and weeks leading up to competition have the greatest influence on energy levels and performance!
Consistency in nutrition , hydration, and sleep matters most when trying to enhance sport performance!
