Ukrainian authorities seized a ship of Russia‘s shadow fleet. The following statement was made:
„In the Black Sea, the maritime security of the State Border Service of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine detained a ship of the Russian shadow fleet.“
„It was established that at the end of 2024 the ship delivered about 5,000 tons of Ukrainian wheat from the port of Sevastopol. It was taken from the temporarily occupied part of southern Ukraine. The ship sailed under the flag of one of the Asian countries - this is how the Russian shadow fleet works.“
„Navigation equipment, documents and other evidence were seized.“

People who are trying to say that Trump's deal is not so bad for Ukraine are not grasping the crucial nature of him trying to bully Ukraine into handing legal control of Crimea to Russia. This is the USA rewriting the internationally recognized borders of Europe to suit a dictatorship. It also means that all other European borders are now negotiable and can be rewritten by conquest.
Its an incentive to Putin to keep going.
If Ukraine is bullied into accepting this by the USA and European states--Europe will rue the day.

This morning, two Russian missiles struck the heart of the city of Sumy in Ukraine, causing numerous civilian casualties, including children once again.
Everyone knows: this war was initiated by Russia alone. And today, it is clear that Russia alone chooses to continue it — with blatant disregard for human lives, international law, and the diplomatic efforts of President Trump.
Strong measures are needed to impose a ceasefire on Russia. France is working tirelessly toward this goal, alongside its partners.
To the victims, the wounded, and all of Ukraine that continues to resist: our solidarity, our respect, our unwavering commitment.
