St John’s looked like the team to beat in the Big East yesterday. I do not see any team competing with us and a lot of the self proclaimed experts will be eating crow all year after the disrespect preseason.
Providence fans are talking a lot of shit about other programs having players eligible and are mad that Dink Pate could t spell S-A-T and therefore he won’t be playing…once the season starts and they are in the tank by December they are going to be hate watching Illinois hoping Vaaks gets injured. St John’s front court will be very good this year regardless of Hall and Sane eligibility. Ruben Prey is a potential all league player who was buried behind Zuby for 2 years. There were many glimpses of stellar play though
