The girl took her place where he was gesturing. Her smile did not drop as she looked at the food either. "Well thank you... The food looks and smells good."
Talia just stayed there. Silently cuddled to her devastated boyfriend. She didn't say anything because, well, what would she say? She didn't think she had anything to say that would help the situation.
Seeing him like this absolutely crushed Talia. She didn't want to see him this upset, but she wasn't sure if she was able to help. She silently crawled up as close to him as she could get before she snuggled into his side. She wants him to know he's not alone and that she's here.
After running around the kitchen gathering a collection of his favorite snacks, Talia returned to the room, presenting him the food. She climbs up into bed with him and cuddles him. "what movie sounds good?"
Want me to stay in bed with you? We can turn on a movie and cuddle for the day... Maybe have a snack or something and just relax all day?
Talia slowly made her way back to the kitchen. The smell of food was in the air and nothing smelled like fire. "Is an intruder cooking us breakfast or something?"
At this point she couldn't move even if she wanted to,which she didn't. Her body was heavy. She felt the darkness slowly consume her as she drifted off to sleep.
