Forward2Employment is supporting Wear it Pink Day!
Our Supported Interns and staff wore pink donated to support the cause. We also held a breast cancer awareness session to help interns learn more about this important to topic.

Our new Supported Interns at @AmazonUK have been learning to unload stock from pallets onto conveyor belts for sorting and dispatch. They picked up the task quickly and showed great confidence.

Jayden, our Supported Intern at RCB Healthcare Group, is building his baking skills! He recently made shortbread from scratch independently for the first time, remembering the recipe and quantities for over 200 people. Brilliant progress! Well done, Jayden!
Our new Supported Interns at Amazon have completed their Health & Safety induction, covering procedures, PPE, fire safety and communicating with supervisors. A great first step towards staying safe at work – we look forward to seeing them put it into practice!

Supported Intern Luca prepared a Hawaiian Day-themed cake for residents at Priory Mews Care Home, part of RCB Healthcare Group!
Luca took charge of the baking and iced a cake for the very first time!

Supported Intern Peter has recently started his placement at Priory Mews (RCB Healthcare Group) and is already making a difference!
One of his first tasks was to fix one of the resident's toilets and he managed to completely do this by himself with only minor guidance!

Building relationships with local businesses and organisations is a key part of F2E's commitment to creating more opportunities for the young people we support.
Our Supported Interns toured Amazon LCY8's yard, learning how products enters the warehouse, seeing electric lorries and chatting with yard marshals over the radio.

Our new cohort of Supported Interns are now in the stages of beginning their work placements!
New interns, Luca and Jayden, have started at RCB Priory Mews care home in Dartford. They are being trained on how to prepare and cook meals from scratch to accommodate 200 residents.
Our new Supported Interns visited @TweetBluewater for a scavenger hunt, finding travel resources, revision materials and interview clothing options.
A great confidence-building activity and chance for the cohort to get to know each other!
One of our Supported Interns recently completed a task in @Bluewaterstones, where he had to locate the educational section and choose a book that was suitable for him.
Although this may seem like a small task, it helps develop important skills such as independence.
Our new Supported Interns recently visited @TweetBluewater to learn about the hard work that went into our fundraising for @ellenorcharity.
It was a great opportunity for them to build confidence and talk about the positive impact of supporting a local charity.
