Its safe to say the 4th emergency service, the AA are as gubbed as the rest...double puncture coming out of Glasgow airport(my fault)..phoned at 1630, M8 recovery came for AA at 1845 and would only take me off motorway to Renfrew..phoned AA back at 1930, had to persuade them

A lorry was needed, not a van, 2 punctures remember, told lorry would come between 2100 and 2135..2135 message eta now 2215..2215 message eta now 0005 when the very kind patrolman attended..7 1/2 hrs to uplift a car..glad it was me and not wife or daughters but poor service

Dusk.com crazy decision.. ordered a set of drawers for daughters room a month ago, came short of 2 drawer handles..company refused to just post 2 handles so sent another set of drawers by courier to remove 2 handles then rearrange a return...absolute mental
