First and foremost, I am a Christian. Iโm not perfect, but I do try my best to live a Godly life, and I will often times tweet about my beliefs, or about God and the Bible. I also often retweet Bible verses, so be prepared to see a lot of those when following me :P

ALT A cute, fluffy black cat with enormous round eyes and tiny white fangs holds out a yellow flower with a pink center. Above the cat, the words โHappy National Black Cat Dayโ appear in large white handwritten letters against a textured blue, purple, and turquoise background. The cat says, โthis is for you.โ

Today, let's continue to spread the word: the only bad luck following black cats, or any cat, is harmful superstition. All of us who are lucky enough to know and love a black cat have so many reasons to celebrate today!
But to truly protect cats of any coat color, we need to address the greatest threat they face: archaic policies rooted in misinformation that put their lives at risk. Today, we hope you'll join us to Share the Truth about cats and the policies that help, not harm: alleycat.org/ShareTheTruth
