“Russia invaded Ukraine, committed atrocities in the territories it occupied, and when it failed to force the government to fall or achieve its aims on the battlefield, began targeting civilians, seeking to terrorize the population into accepting Russian domination. The first Trump Administration shook off the Obama Administration’s reticence to assist and admirably sent both weapons and military trainers to help Ukraine.  After the full-scale invasion in 2022, the Biden Administration orchestrated a herculean international effort to assist Ukraine, which the Trump Administration has abandoned.”-@KoriSchake @AEI aei.org/foreign-and-defense-…

U.S. Senator Chris Murphy: "Ukraine was winning the war, so Trump kneecapped Ukraine to help Russia." At what point can we call Donald Trump a Traitor to the United States?

Just a few hours ago, President Trump said in the Oval Office that I should be tried in court because I dared to talk about the corruption coming out of the White House. If I've learned one thing from this past year, it's that you have to push back. I'm not going to be intimidated out of standing up for the rule of law and the country that has given me everything.

Elon Musk is trying to buy this Senate seat in Texas. He wants our land, he wants our water, and he wants his own personal U.S. senator. He’s trying to buy Texas. But on November 3rd, we’ll deliver a clear message to the world’s first trillionaire: Texas is not for sale.

I’ll stipulate that Trump is an agent of Putin. Go down the checklist. 1. Destroyed the Western alliance? Putin wanted that. 2. Threatened a NATO ally over Greenland? Putin wanted that. 3. Pulled out of the intermediate nuclear pact? Putin wanted that. 4. Withdrawing 25-40,000 troops from Western Europe while Russian bellicosity is rising? Putin wanted that. 5. Russian satellites giving coordinates to Iranians killing our soldiers, and his response is “they kill us, we kill them”? What American president says that? I think he’s been compromised. The election of Donald Trump may be the greatest foreign policy success in post-Czarist Russian history.

Ten years ago today. In just the last few days: Trump made a deal for the U.S. to buy Russian diesel, an economic lifeline for Putin; he and Elon Musk blamed each other for an order that slowed down Starlink satellite connectivity over Ukraine, hampering the country's defenses during a devastating Russian attack; and Trump waived sanctions on Russia that Congress, led by his late friend Lindsey Graham, had pushed for. Now, Putin has proposed a summit with Trump and Xi to decide Ukraine’s fate for them, bulldoze a century of international cooperation, and frame Russia as an equal to the U.S. and China. We’ll see if Putin’s puppet continues to dance on his strings.

Columbus died in 1505 at the age of 55. He was such a monster that the king and queen of Spain refused to invite him to the kingdom after his voyage to the Americas because of how evil he was during his financed expedition. Word spread fast about how he and his men raped and tortured and murdered the indigenous people in the Caribbean islands. He became a pariah. He had to flee Genova (Italy) because he raped a 13 year old girl and hid in Spain, where he was broke and bedridden and finally died while his relatives shunned him from the public due to the unthinkable acts he did while at sea. When he died, he was never recognized as an explorer or discoverer of a new world. He was thought of as a “gross character with Gonorrhea, who butchered kids.” Many Years later, when Settlers were colonizing North America, they needed a white hero to name as the person who discovered the land to justify their colonization and mistreatment of Native Americans. they randomly chose Christofo Colombo because his name had “Christ” in it, and to make it sound more European and Christian, they changed his name to Christopher Columbus, even though he never stepped foot on American soil. Then schools started teaching it. And the rest is history. But the truth is he never discovered anything. He was lost and ended up in a chain of islands. He thought he was in India. He massacred peaceful island civilizations. He murdered men, women, and kids. He tortured and raped. He brought new diseases to each island he invaded. Giving this monster a holiday is insane. We know better. And now we do better. Happy indigenous People’s Day. #FuckColumbus

Cassidy Hutchinson had her entire career ahead of her and she was willing to sacrifice it to do what so few in Washington are willing to do: tell the truth. She has shown more courage, patriotism, and integrity than the Republican politicians who had far more power, far less to lose, and still chose to remain silent. She is an American hero and this shameless witch hunt against her is nothing more than a vindictive waste of time and taxpayer resources.
JUST IN: Trump’s DOJ is seeking a federal criminal indictment of former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson, who testified against Trump during the Jan. 6 investigation, for allegedly lying to Congress, Punchbowl News reports. DOJ’s Civil Rights Division presented evidence to a federal grand jury Tuesday and is expected to present more evidence and witnesses later this month, according to sources familiar with the matter.

In a deranged speech tonight, Trump called on Iran to use a nuclear weapon against Los Angeles and San Diego, calling it "a very small price to pay." The president of the United States encouraged a foreign nation to commit a heinous crime against humanity and incinerate millions of Americans. The time for the 25th Amendment is long overdue for this murderous madman and traitor.

Senator Cotton is right. Permanent Daylight Savings has been tried and Americans didn’t like it. The better way is permanent Standard Time because it’s based on science. No dark mornings, it keeps our time in sync with the Sun, and no more changing the clocks. Arizona has been on Standard Time year round since 1968 without issue.
No one likes changing the clock, me included, but Congress has enacted permanent Daylight Savings Time multiple times before and repealed it each time once Americans experienced absurdly late sunrises in the winter. Arkansans don’t want their kids going to school in the pitch dark, and I’ll always put Arkansas first.

Lady Gaga was raped and left pregnant by an unnamed music producer when she was only 19. For years, she never talked about it. Then, in 2014, she did. Shortly after, she got a call from the Vice President of the United States, Joe Biden. He wanted her to be part of his “It’s On Us” campaign — a nationwide effort to reduce the stigma around speaking out about sexual assault. Together, the two traveled to college campuses across America. I miss having leaders who called out SA — and didn’t commit it ❤️‍🩹
