I HIGHLY recommend everyone to play @AceCombatGames 8 - even if it doesn't seem like your vibe initially.
I've never played a game that does so many things so well - gameplay, music, sound, mission design & characters all wrapped around a hyper-melodramatic anime-inspired story.
I used to be horrifyingly embarrassed by my before pictures, and to be honest I still am.
But I feel like I’m finally at a place mentally where I’m comfortable having them out in the wild, because they’re more of a testament to the work I’ve put in than an indictment on myself.
This level of passion and raw emotion is so refreshing to see.
Nonchalance is actually a blight. Caring is cool, especially when there are so many sacrifices being made by the players and those behind the scenes to chase dreams.

it might've been a joke but the aussie zinger box is genuinely leaps and bounds ahead of KFC in ANY other country. and i've lived in and eaten KFC in many countries.

Tonight, we reached an agreement with the Department of War to deploy our models in their classified network.
In all of our interactions, the DoW displayed a deep respect for safety and a desire to partner to achieve the best possible outcome.
AI safety and wide distribution of benefits are the core of our mission. Two of our most important safety principles are prohibitions on domestic mass surveillance and human responsibility for the use of force, including for autonomous weapon systems. The DoW agrees with these principles, reflects them in law and policy, and we put them into our agreement.
We also will build technical safeguards to ensure our models behave as they should, which the DoW also wanted. We will deploy FDEs to help with our models and to ensure their safety, we will deploy on cloud networks only.
We are asking the DoW to offer these same terms to all AI companies, which in our opinion we think everyone should be willing to accept. We have expressed our strong desire to see things de-escalate away from legal and governmental actions and towards reasonable agreements.
We remain committed to serve all of humanity as best we can. The world is a complicated, messy, and sometimes dangerous place.

It’s been awhile since my last update.
To be honest, my fitness goals have stalled more than I would have liked since I moved to Singapore.
However, I achieved my lowest ever weight at 85kg, and put on more muscle + switched to more functional/hybrid training goals.
really difficult to read this and all the reactions/posts. so many passionate and talented people impacted. everyone i interacted with at the 2X team proved that the game was made with 1000% love. layoffs can feel so dehumanising, especially when answers are so lacking.
i cant imagine how different things would have been if they'd just closed out game 4 or 5 of the finals in Worlds 2024.
All this turmoil in the LPL and Chinese LoL Esports is so tragic. Moving further and further away from challenging the LCK and more parity.
I think I've finally hit that age/stage of brain rot/whatever where I struggle to find games or gaming enjoyable.
There's always one factor or another like I won't be able to sink enough time into it, the mechanics are repetitive, requires a committed social group, etc...
I know this is the standard football jersey sponsorship logo placement but I'm not sure how I feel about the centered Red Bull logo with centered LR logo together.
Personally think the LR logo would look better at the left breast pocket.
