I’ve never been paid a dime by any politician or political organization, including Trump or Republicans. I’ve never spoken on a X Space and rarely even use DMs, much less planned anything nefarious on a group chat with anyone. I do everything myself and have no team, nobody tells me what to say, ever.

There’s an obscure legal doctrine known as “adverse possession,” under which a trespasser may claim title to land after open, continuous occupation for a statutorily defined period of years (it varies by state)—but only because property law specifically allows it.
There is no equivalent to adverse possession under U.S. immigration law.
Long-term illegal presence in the United States does not ripen into a right to stay, bond hearings, or the same due process protections as citizens.
The Immigration and Nationality Act sets the rules for entry and detention; time alone does not rewrite them.
Neither should the courts, as the Fifth Circuit’s ruling seems to acknowledge.

They swore 38.9% of a 200-person sample from their 20,930-name list were born in the U.S.
USCIS Fraud Detection checked the actual federal records under penalty of perjury, ZERO were American-born.
51 of them flat-out lied on California’s honor-system rolls, and the county rubber-stamped it.The cover story is dead.
Clean the rolls and sequester those ballots.

"After a thorough review of the immigration records of all the individuals on the County's Sample List, it was determined that none of the individuals USCIS matched to the County's Sample List were born in the United States according to USCIS records."
And so THERE IT IS. LA is wrong because they DO NOT ACTUALLY CHECK, they just take fraudsters' word for it! 😠
51 of those foreign-born individuals simply LIED on California's honor-system voter rolls by claiming they were born in America — and LA County took their word for it to smear the DOJ's investigation!
Out of the 200 names, USCIS found only 4 who might even have a derivative citizenship claim and 1 who is dead.
California's narrative just collapsed in federal court!
