Colorado home sellers continue to be cracking before our eyes.
1st in the country on % of sellers willing to accept less money than what they paid for their home (12% vs. 6.6% nationally)
Colorado led last week and has gone up even more (+20 basis points week on week)
They are second in the country on the percent of sellers undergoing price cuts at a remarkable 52.1% (only behind Oregon which is at 52.9%)
Supply continues to be within 5% of all time highs.
