Every new rule written in Montgomery lands on the desk of an Alabama business owner who has to read it, file it, and pay for it. Less red tape from Montgomery means more time and money for building, hiring, and serving customers.

Alabamians have fair questions about data centers, and they deserve straight answers. Done the right way, these projects can lower utility rates, bring good jobs, and generate local tax revenue that supports schools and services.
