ApeFest was one of the most important events for Flextag so far.
It started to feel real on Thursday evening, when I pulled up to bowling, a little late after a flat tire.
I laid the Flextags out on the grass, and everyone gathered around, looking for their apes on metal.
We were finally meeting in person.
All that anticipation for ApeFest had become something we could hold and share, creating this moment together.
The main event was still two days away, but the excitement was already in the air.

The legend @RidazLp2 was there that night too.
We'd worked on the ApeFest exclusive Flextag edition online, and now we were standing together as everyone found their tags.
Thank you for the 3D renders, Rida! It was a pleasure to work with you.
Part of the proceeds will go toward buying GEEZ on APE.
And big thanks to @freshout_ for bringing us together that night.

Proud moment:
@mfigge rocking his Flextag on a Beeple post.
Thank you guys!
so blessed to have had the opportunity to jam with Figge on apefest.
I have been working with him since 2010, long before web3 and everytime I learn a shitload.
He was a huge part of getting beeple studios off the ground from a technical standpoint so to be able to work with him again here really meant a lot.
ask anyone… fade this mf at your own peril. 🐐

Huge thanks to these two guys, the ApeFest crew, everyone involved & every Ape for an unforgettable Charleston weekend.
So much work behind an event of this scale with all the variables and risks.
Incredible execution and a smooth experience for the best club on the internet.
