A few arty shots from Saturday’s trip to Malham Tarn. After a 4am start in search of a sunrise/star-gazing combo, I timed it wrong by about 30 minutes! 🤦♂️ Still an amazing time of the day to be wandering about North Yorkshire though 😁
So the ‘post-Laxa blues’ were finally put to one side and it was back to the Wharfe for an early start. Plenty of Grayling with red kites, buzzards, kingfishers, Grey wagtails and a Little Egret for company! 😁👌🏻
With the rivers blown again, I decided to take the camera for a walk around Rodley Nature Reserve to take a few portraits of some of there smaller residents!
If Carlsberg did picturesque first evening sessions of the season! The @semperfli inspired Black Gnat pattern was given the seal of approval too! 😁👌🏻
A few Black Gnats on the Wharfe at the weekend, hence I’m restocking just in case! A size 16 with @Semperfli Kapok Fusion dubbing spun in the ever faithful Nanosilk. Just the merest hint of sparkle 👌🏻
