Sorry, I'm not taking your opinion on what is and isn't hardcore seriously if your only examples are Knocked Loose and Turnstile and you can't even keep them straight.

I don't think digital is bad, but there's just something so comforting about old anime art styles

WTF, $3000 Samsung TV has an always-on mic, automatic content recognition, geo tracking, network mapping, and ships your data to Samsung + 400 partners. Bro Rooted a brand-new 2025 Samsung TV after noticing absurdly targeted ads. Firmware was locked down, so zero-days it was. Got a root shell. then found: always-on voice service, ACR, geo, full telemetry pipeline, and four separate DRM systems. This isn’t a bug, It’s the product bro.

I swear we NEED to actually gatekeep non-artists from sharing their dogshit opinions on art more often. It's NOT $15k for a minute OF WORK, it's $15k for a minute of ANIMATION, which assuming it's 12 FPS is 720 drawings, each drawing being $20 which is fucking abysmally low.

i promise you, your work is not worth $15,000/min or $900,000/hr

Really hyped reading through the submissions sent for this and will begin writing on Monday. This is last call to any FilipEMO’s who want to participate in this. DM if interested and I’ll send you the prompts.

Fellow FilipEMO’s: holler at me if you would like to provide your perspective about the intersection of being Filipino and being part of the scene for a piece I’m writing for Fil-Am Month. DM if interested 🇵🇭✊🏽

If people dislike Elon Musk so much, why do they still use the platform he owns?

Plugging my phone in overnight is like playing roulette now. Sometimes it gets fully charged, sometimes it stops at 80%, and sometimes it doesn't even get out of low power mode

I listen to a lot of Weezerlikes, but I don't actually play Weezer much anymore.

We don’t need AI, what we need is the ability to turn a PDF back into a word doc without the formatting looking like it survived a plane crash.
