Looking forward to jamming with Stephen Perkins, Willie Waldman and Rocky George in Durango CO this Saturday October 24. It’s been a while since we’ve done a Banyan show. Some free form jamming grooving improv! 🤩

Heading to Queretaro Mexico with Lou Gramm For a killer Festival with Def Leppard Extreme and SmashMouth #fretlessmonster #mexico #festival

Was out before sunrise this morning. Morning walks and positive thoughts. Any other musicians or artists that enjoy the early mornings? I hear it’s not very “rockstar” 🤷‍♂️😂🙃 #morning #walk #positivevibes #fretlessmonster

Tony Franklin. We added a short Fretless Bass solo with Lou Gramm All Stars. It’s a work in progress for me. What do you think so far? youtube.com/shorts/hBAB4QsgF…

Remember this one? 1990 wild jam with Carmine Appice and David Michael Phillips. Carmine and I were still in Blue Murder at the time, and we were tight! Look for me as the Mad Hatter at the end. youtu.be/p4oaI2x3z_o

Fret not. Baby Blue is here! Not quite Fretless Friday, but almost. 🤩💙 #fender #fretlessmonster #blue

Jazz Bass or P Bass? A @fender P Bass is a thing of beauty - even with frets! 🫣😂 I don’t even own a Jazz Bass though I have the P/J configuration - the best of both worlds. Everything about the P Bass works for me. Anyone else feel the same? #fretlessmonster #pbass #jazzbass

Anyone know which bird this came from? Found it on my morning walk. 🤩

Great to see Steven Adler in Las Vegas last night at the Arabian Champions event. His band played a killer short set before Gary Hoey and I rocked the venue with Lou Gramm. Pic by the king of selfies, Mr Hoey. 🤩👏🏻 @garyhoeyband

My first time meeting a horse! “Genevieve” is a 7 year old Arabian, a champion and a real beauty. We played at the Arabian Championship event last night in Las Vegas. The stars of the show were the beautiful horses of course. 🥹🤩 #fretlessmonster #lasvegas #horse #sunday

Early (9am) morning soundcheck in Las Vegas. Got to beat the heat! Private show (tThe Global Champion Arabians Tour) with the Lou Gramm All Stars.

Bass face extreme. 😵 At the recent Teen Cancer America event in Princeton New Jersey. Look there’s Carmine Appice on drums. Pic Chris Marksbury

Do we like this? 🤩💙
