Today I met with @GirlguidingCEO and their Chair of Trustees @IrwinCatherineto to stress the important role that guiding plays in girls lives in the British Overseas Territories. As well as making clear that the territories are an important part of the British Family.

A huge thank you to everyone @WaddowHall and @FriendsofWaddow for making William a part of the weekend. He's had a wonderful time and we really appreciate everyone letting him get involved, even though they didn't have to.

Funnily enough after only 2-3 hours sleep Friday night... last night was rather peaceful. An energetic morning of Jacob's Ladder today!

Remember that extreme heat is dangerous for those with health conditions, and everyone is at risk from heat exhaustion and heatstroke. Take care of yourself and others over the next few days and adapt your plans if you can 💙
