The Fault in Our Stars has been removed from the YA section in the suburbs of Indianapolis and is now considered a "book for adults." This is ludicrous. It is about teenagers and I wrote it for teenagers. Teenagers are not harmed by reading TFIOS. This is such an embarrassment to the city of @FishersIN.

PSA - Don't buy @HP. Dealing with @HPSupport is awful. Every company in the world: "You want to cancel an order that's been in our system for 30 days? No problem." HP: "We have to contact a specialist and it can take 1-2 days. No promises that we can cancel it." WTF is wrong?

There are 2 times in my life when I've heard the term "ORV". Goonies and the second ET episode of the @SoundtrackHSW. Thanks for such high quality work and homages to the bedrock of my adolescence.

My bad! @Amazon you are delivery pros! I was merely contrasting your stellar customer service with the awful #customerService I get from @FedEx. Keep up the great work!

Hi Hank - as per usual when a FedEx package is delayed, I have no idea what the new date is. It's frustrating. Every other carrier I deal with tells their customers what plan B is. FedEx typically says, "No scheduled delivery date at this time".

@Amazon: Here's every step it took and you can see it 10 stops away. Enjoy your day! @FedEx: Your package was supposed to be delivered yesterday? NO UPDATE. NO SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE. Don't bother us.

Reason #6,524,998 to be disappointed in @facebook . I flagged a post that was clearly phishing and Facebook/@Meta refuses to take it down. Since then I've seen dozens more, but what's the point of flagging it if Facebook knowingly won't remove it.

@Gimletmedia faithful follower since StartUp. Listened to almost every podcast Gimlet produced. Sad I'll be missing out once Gimlet's podcasts are exclusive to @spotifypodcasts. This is a pernicious moment in podcasting. Fragmenting the industry is tragic.

THERE. ARE. OTHER. (BETTER). WAYS. TO. EMPHASIZE. DEADLINES. THAN. WITH. GRADE. PENALTIES. They don't work for the kids you want them to work for, they screw up the accuracy of your reporting, they are completely arbitrary and inauthentic, and they don't teach self-regulation.

Reviewing course surveys in a Information Security class I teach. Student feedback about the most memorable lessons: "...any time we had a lab with that involved the Dark Net Diaries." Maybe I'll just assign every episode of @DarknetDiaries in the Spring.

@NYSLabor Chris White just gave one of the best talks I've ever seen at a #NYSSBA convention. "The Future of Work" is a grounded, insightful discussion about the direction public schools should be heading towards. This guy gets it. #nyssba20
