Parents of recruits need to really dive into roster construction during the recruitment process. If a roster is 34 moving forward and the team recruiting you is signing 20 guys every class -- do the math on Little Johnny's chances of playing early. There are A LOT of great options in college baseball.

Pete Rose missed just 4 games from the ages of 32-41. He played because the game was important. Each and every game…

As you get older pick a travel ball organization that has experience navigating you through the college recruitment process. There are so many programs that have no idea how to help players get to that next level and I see many parents/players now panicking. Choose Wisely!

CONGRATULATIONS to Knights 14u National on winning the @maruccisports World Series. The boys battled all week with 9-10 guys, recorded a 7-1 record and beat a team from South Korea who had outscored their opponents 73-9 in 7 games. The Knights won 7-1. Awesome job boys. #reptheK
