"The right man in the wrong place can make all the difference"
This could not have been achieved without support for Frunk.store
Thank you!

Valve still hasn't shipped Half-Life 3, but a 2020 Model 3 will run the first one in a browser.
I need all members to repost and share my latest post about getting half life to run in a tesla web browser. I want it to be seen by everyone. Be respectful in your tags too. Go forth and lets make this thing huge

Camp Mode: Sleep Sounds and Campfire generate every sound live with Web Audio. There are no audio files. Screen Wake Lock keeps the display on.
Star Map uses d3-celestial star data. The planet and Moon math is checked against NASA JPL Horizons to within about 0.1°.
Community apps: Chess Puzzle by brtmax (the Lichess daily puzzle) and Terrarium by Jason Goldfeder, an artificial-life aquarium that keeps living while you're away.
Every outside PR gets a safety review: no tracking, no remote code.
Freedoom, LibreQuake, OpenArena and OpenTTD sit in the Holders section, with Genesis, PC Engine and Craft 4K (Minecraft4k).
To unlock, sign a Sign In With Solana message on your phone. The server checks the balance; a QR code gives the car a 30-day pass. No transactions.
And now for the technical side of things:
frunk.store is 25+ apps and games that run in the Tesla in-car browser. No install, no app store, just a URL.
People keep asking how Doom, Quake and a Game Boy run on a car's touchscreen, so here's the tech behind every feature 🧵
Tiny Games: TIC-80's official web players, nine MIT/GPL games.
I compiled TIC-80's prj2cart natively with the script engines stubbed out. Its carts match the official demos byte for byte.
The CRT filter is switched off by writing the player's settings into its IndexedDB.
Logic Puzzles: all 40 of Simon Tatham's puzzles, each its own ~130 KB WebAssembly module.
Touch layer: tap = left click, hold 450 ms = right click, two-finger tap = middle click. It autosaves after every move.
Fixed an upstream drawing bug in Guess on the way.
Block Builder: ClassiCube in a 0.5 MB wasm, with Pixel Perfection textures (CC BY-SA).
The texture pack is rebuilt by a small PNG encoder/decoder I wrote, and the font is drawn straight from Monocraft's TrueType outlines.
60 fps at car speed. New worlds open in under a second.
