Eine Aussetzung der Schuldenbremse gemäß Art. 115 (2) ist weder Verfassungsbruch, noch eine Verletzung des Amtseids des Bundesfinanzministers. Er hat genau das in 2022 bereits gemacht.
Der zentrale Satz im Lindner-Statement war faktisch, schlicht und ergreifend, falsch.
