Do you remember when you joined X? I do! #MyXAnniversary Well, there where about 10-ish good years and about the last year I only used the follow list to move my follows to #Mastodon and #Bluesky when someone I follow moves over. At some point I'll just delet my account here.

I don't use Adobe's Creative Cloud because I like keeping my files locally. But seeing how they think they can use anything you upload there for AI training purposes, I'm filling up my entire 20 GB storage with random Nightshade-poisoned images. I encourage others do the same!

The General Terms for Adobe are even more data-hungry than the Adobe Stock contributor agreement, which they used to train Adobe Firefly! Adobe's ToS mentions Machine Learning, creating derivative works, improving the service, etc. It's a LOT more than they had for Adobe Stock!
Graphic comparing the Adobe General terms and the Adobe Stock contributor Agreement. The general terms have a lot more sections highlighted, mentioning Machine Learning, creating derivative works, and getting non-exclusive sub-licensable rights to your works. The adobe stock agreement just says "Developing new features and services".

Ok, to make up for the long time since the 2021 update, here's another change in a little less than an hour to fix some typos and add some notes. The previous post already got a good number of reposts so again, version number to the rescue
