I am increasingly convinced that nextflow + docker + git is the ultimate solution for reproducible paper figures and should emerge as a standard.

Another great set of features thanks to @PauloMigAlmeida! For @SingularityApp compose you can now provide multiple singularity-compose.yml configs to merge at runtime, and you can also use the new "check" command group to preview and validate. So cool! singularityhub.github.io/sin… 🎉
