Kwasi Kwarteng talking about how MPās losing their seats is very sad, these are human stories, he says.
They donāt see asylum seekers as human beings
They donāt see homeless people as human beings
They donāt see people on benefits as human beings.
Makes me so angry.

It was the media's puerile fixation with Johnson that gave you that bumbling venal cretin, stop doing it with Farage, or we'll end up like Le Pen's France or Wilders in the Netherlands. He has 4 seats. So do the Greens. Get a fucking grip.

Grim - Farage's views & methods are pure Trump. Heās spent his political career whipping up nasty, racist, populist division & rather than simply trying to push Tories even further to the right, heās now setting up an even more extreme alternative power base. Profoundly dangerous

Says it all about Tory Britain that its leader achieves record growth in his personal wealth while its citizens literally go hungry.

Given Israelās scale of war crimes over the last 7 months, how are we are even debating whether this rogue state should be allowed to finish ethnically cleansing Gaza?

Just unbelievably sad. If weāre shutting studios making games incredible games like Hi-Fi Rush, Prey, and The Evil Within then what hope is there for anyone and wtf are we doing?

After all the corruption we've seen from the Tory party and everything they've done to bring our NHS to its knees, Sunak dares to suggest it's the sick who can't work who are the problem? The very people he and his party have let down so badly? The sheer nerve of it.

Cornwall voted massively for Brexit and is 100% Tory-run.
It received over £1 billion in EU funding from 2000 and was to receive another £350m after 2020.
Instead, it was awarded £18 million and beaches covered in human excrement.
Brexit illustrated.

The frustrating thing to me about the quote from this article is that the columnist knows, and the Conservatives know, and Labour knows, that Brexit was an awful economic and geopolitical error. This was obvious in my view in 2016 and itās ten times more obvious now, for the reasons outlined in the article. The issue is that none of the above have yet summoned up the courage to explain to the electorate that we really have no option but to rejoin the single market and customs union as soon as possible. Europe has to strengthen and work together in an increasingly uncertain world, and the U.K. is a vital part of Europe. Everyone in any sort of position of responsibility or power knows it. Basically our political class is bullshitting the electorate. And as Iāve said before, you can convince people to vote to abolish gravity but they will be very annoyed when they hit the ground.
