What a great day to celebrate the official opening of Cherokee athletics in our new facility, and couldn’t think of a better way than to have our Superintendent throw the first pitch!
A historic opening day for our Cherokee High School Warriors softball team this afternoon as they played the first game at their new home! Superintendent of Schools Mary Elizabeth Davis threw out the first honorary pitch as she celebrated along with the team and fans at the Ken White Athletic Complex. Thank you to our community for supporting our Education-SPLOST that funded this amazing new campus for our students.
