That hunk of crap, Brant Frost the 4th, was sentenced to 15 years in prison and ordered to pay more than $76 million in restitution.
Frost pleaded guilty to wire fraud in connection with the collapse of First Liberty Building & Loan.

Risk-Limiting Audit (RLA) creator Professor Philip Stark has established that machine-marked paper summaries cannot be audited against voter intent. An audit merely recounts the paper printout that the machine produced; it cannot tell you what the voter saw on the touchscreen if malicious software intercepted the choice before printing.[8]
This is Stark writing alone:
"This makes auditing elections that were conducted primarily using BMDs meaningless: an audit could easily confirm an incorrect outcome, because a BMD-generated paper trail is not a trustworthy record of voter intent."
And on why auditors can't catch the touchscreen problem:
"the BMD could print something else on the paper, through error or malfeasance. Only the voter can check for that: auditors can only see what's on the paper. This is where security falls apart for BMDs."

I’m still in shock of losing my friend, Joe Rossi. He was so measured, careful, prepared, polite and he articulated his arguments with vigor to the State Elections Board and @GovKemp whom he considered a friend who had lost his way.
If you know me, you know that I live by the principle “live life with no regrets”. In my relationship with Joe, I do have your regret. We never got to go fishing together. At State Elections Board meetings, we would frequently sit together and share notes to make sure that our speeches would not unnecessarily overlap. It was in those times that Joe would share his latest fishing pictures where he loved to fish at local ponds for bass. I loved seeing his pictures because and kidded with him that he was the only fisherman I’ve ever known who wore crisp khakis, a dress shirt and loafers while fishing! He told me that he was always dressed like that because he was typically coming back from teaching and saw a good place to fish.
I’m going to miss him and I will miss not having the memory of having gone fishing together.

These 8 counties make up almost half of the voter registrations in Georgia… and more than half of the EXCESS voter registrations.
Here is the beginning of a 3 page letter by Elias Law Group and DSCC sent to county election offices in 2022 which reads like a lawsuit threat for performing normal voter list review to remove ineligible voters from the voter list.
Why would Elias Law Group and DSCC want to keep ineligible voters on Georgia’s voter rolls?
Seems like Elias Law Group has flawed thinking and is preventing registrars from performing their duty to keep accurate and current voter rolls as directed by NVRA.
I wonder if McKoon was the reason the app got overwhelmed with requests.

Raffensperger has known for over 5 years - half a decade - the voting system in Georgia is broken. From mail in ballots to in accurate voter rolls to machines that malfunction when counting to software that is vulnerable and needs updating and all he has ever done is say “but we don’t have enough time to fix anything” before the next election.
The man is openly telling you he is a traitor to the Constitution. He should just move to China.
