Great day at the #AGIC mtgs & annual fundraiser! Enjoyed playing @RTJGolf w/ @RepArrington. My good friend @SfurlongScott served as my caddie, but
after consistently handing me the wrong club and a dirty golf ball, he’s off the bag next time! LOL. Great seeing his this team!
Our Chapter Delegate mtg is always more than a mtg. It’s a chance to listen, learn and better understand what our chapter and members need. Grateful to be surrounded by people who care deeply about this profession and are committed to the continual pursuit of excellence. @GCSAA
From earning a business degree to finding his calling in golf course mgmt, he’s built an impressive career & is now helping lead a major renovation at @OtterCreekGC. A great example of the next generation leading our profession forward. Excited to see what’s ahead, Mitch! Onward.
Mitchell Eickhoff, Class A superintendent at Otter Creek Golf Course in Columbus, Ind., will formally receive this award during the 2027 @GCSAAConference in New Orleans. The Emerging Leader Award is presented in partnership with @JohnDeere. gcsaa.org/who-we-are/media/n…
I’ve been around hundreds of golf tournaments, and it never ceases to amaze me how @GCSAA members show up for one another.
At @BlackDesertUT, @lucky9803 Ken Yates, his team & all the volunteers start early, stay late & do whatever it takes. Talent. Teamwork. Service. Proud.
Great conditions don’t happen by accident. They come from passion, pride and countless hrs of work. Thank you to 24yr @GCSAA member Ben McGarill CGCS, 18yr member @EthanHavy CGCS, their team and volunteers for the labor of love they’ve poured into this. #PresidentsCup @MedinahCC
It always feels good to be around good people. People who care about one another and put people first. Benevolence. Proud that @GCSAA can support the @wee1foundation and the lives they’re changing. Onward!
Thank you to @GolfChannel, @BlackDesertUT and Ken Yates (@Lucky9803) for helping shine a light on our profession. Quality airtime dedicated to appreciating golf course management teams. A big deal! #ThankASuper youtube.com/watch?v=kJUokbQL…

A CAUSE FOR CELEBRATION!
On #ThankASuper Day, no less, @TheFirstGreen has officially held field trips in all 50 states! Thank you to superintendents who have helped to grow this #STEAM outreach program to students nationwide, showcasing careers in golf course management.
Today, GCSAA Board Member, an avid First Green organizer and host, Ryan Kraushofer, CGCS, along with @GCSAA_SoCentral and Michael Bradley, golf course superintendent at Desert Lakes Golf Course in Alamogordo, New Mexico, hosted high school students. Those students helped us color New Mexico green and complete the map of First Green field trips in all 50 states!
