Dear @AppleSupport @Apple @tim_cook @johnternus, I am now being asked to record videos proving that my 45-day-old flagship iPhone 18 Pro cannot recognise Apple’s own USB-C dongle or wired headphones. After repeated visits, diagnostics and calls, must a customer still justify a genuine fault? I respectfully request a resolution.

The reseller advised replacement. Apple wants another service-centre visit. I use crutches. How many more visits?
