Dan Skelton is on fire and has already trained 117 winners this season. His strike rate is 29% which is top class. £1 million in the bag already. Pity the prize money is so ordinary in NH racing - that’s less than €9k per win on average. Winning owners deserve more. The average is well less than €9k as over 170 horses of his were also placed.

Just seen the replay of this. Derryhassen Paddy ran a lovely race there. Given an easy time in the saddle when held up, after almost a year off. Slipped a little on the bend. The stable have won 3 out of the last 5 Ultima’s. Two more runs to qualify for that. Ok first chase start too last November. 🤔🤔

Sean Bowen is such a powerful jockey particularly on horses that don’t travel so well. Top class on O’moore Park. Rockonliam ran great for those of us that backed it each way. Hard to beat the jumps.🐎

Brilliant pass from Harry Kane 👏👏

Can’t remember a tougher interview to watch. Please god he continues to play, gets competitive and wins again someday. Would be magic. Best of luck to him🤞🤞

Classy type. Jumped beautifully. Lots of scope as he showed at the 5th last and 4th last. Will take high rank over 2m - 2 1/2m. Presumably will never run over 3m again.

The ticket for Far Hills has gone to a good home. Pity to have missed it. Hopefully can get to go next year. I’m sure Gordon will have a few winners again this year. 🐎

Far Hills on Saturday. I bought a ticket and a car pass for the American Grand National meeting on this Saturday worth $160 but unfortunately can’t go. If anyone wants them for free and you’re genuinely going to go then just reply to this. Cheers.

Congrats to Grace Dorgan for riding her first winner in the bumper yesterday. A day she will never forget 👏👏

Delighted to be sponsoring the bumper at my local track @Fairyhouse today. A brilliant track where the best horse wins. When you see the Chepstow card today, you know the NH season is well underway. Sign up at GavinLynchRacing.com in October and save 10% compared to the early November price. 🐎

After many years of trying I got to play here yesterday. As good as backing the Supreme winner. Pity the Greens weren’t a bit quicker!!

Such a pity for Jordan Gainford that It’s Time Again failed by a short head to win the last at Killarney yesterday. Would have been a candidate for ride of the season having been in last place and under pressure with a circuit to go. Top class from Jordan. Never gave up and so nearly paid off.

Harry Cobden is a top class jockey and I love backing him but yesterday on his first visit to Gowran Park he rode round the inside twice over fences. He is going to have to study racecourses in Ireland a little bit closer to gain a length here or there in future. I didn’t back either horse and it made no difference on the day but long term it might. Paul Townend for example usually stays wide over Gowran over fences. Just something to watch.

They are after building a new course in Scotland in a place called St. Andrews and on one hole near the end you have to play over a part of the hotel !!

Congrats to JP McManus for winning the last race @GowranPark1 today with a horse named after his favourite county. Back in Jan ‘25 I received this stunning piece of crystal with Istabraq on the front for sponsoring another race that JP won. I think that might be 4 races he has won that I’ve sponsored. No doubt they have been career highlights for him!! 👏👏

As Gerry Cinnamon might sing - She is a belter. Anyone who says the NH season has not started back is now officially incorrect !!
