🗣️ “My heartfelt thanks to everyone for their hard work and dedication in this incredible achievement.” Last week Andy met staff at the NHS mass vaccination centre at the Etihad Campus to thank them for their part in vaccinating 639,128 people so far across Greater Manchester.

Another very busy & productive GM #NHS Procurement Board today with all trusts participating. Workplan in good shape & ICS work processing well. Great to see many partners in attendance too including @NHSSupplyChain @gov_procurement @NHS_SBS @greatermcr.

We'd asked @AdviseIncLtd to look at GM Trusts Top 100 single use products which contain plastic. Covers 3% of PO spend Approx 750 tonnes 99.5% supplied via @NHSSupplyChain Intravenous & arterial tubing key area More detail to come but great analysis! #NHS #plastics
