I’m for all new technology and I think the most important part of any technology to is protect the morality in it.
This is easy bro. One is created from stolen learned skills (AI) and the other is created by the learned skills (Splice). Royalty free credited and paid human collaboration is still involved in splice even if it’s no backend you get paid per credit so it’s still paid work.
Until a music producer can tell me the difference between using Splice and typing in a prompt, I will consider anti-AI a purely emotional stance.
Remove the 'a human made it' argument. I mean technically and process wise, how is dragging in a Splice loop with no intent different than prompting a line of guitar??
