Join us on from Oct 28-29 for a Learn & Burn Prescribed Fire Workshop and Field Day at the Custer County Fire Hall!
This hand on work shop will provide landowners and producers the tools and knowledge needed to conduct safe prescribed burns.

May was Mental Health Month, but we are over here STILL sharing the importance of mental health in agriculture & conservation fields.
We've put together an event for people to pause & rejuvenate their minds and bodies all while enjoying the landscape of the Great Plains.
We love it when National Mascot Day is during National Grassland Week! A perfect Match.
Last week Blaze & friend @BurnerBob got to hang out in a little different ecosystem than usual. They we're able to get some #RxFire on the ground at the East Texas Fire & Nature Festival.

We enjoyed teaching elementary aged students about prescribed fire in grasslands at the recent Wabaunsee County Conservation Day in Kansas!
Join us July 10-12, to rejuvenate minds & bodies in a tranquil landscape, providing a space for reflection and restoration. Ponder our relationship with nature, fire, and ecology while supporting each other in the calming influence of grassland horizons.
