🏘️ Gauteng MEC for Human Settlements, Tasneem Motara, joined the official launch of Gold Lake Estate in Elandsfontein, Germiston, as part of today’s housing programme.
Supported by the Gauteng Partnership Fund (GPF), the development comprises 66 affordable rental units, primarily targeting households earning below R22 000 per month.
Developed by Zitha Properties, the project highlights the role of public-private partnerships in expanding access to quality, affordable housing and transforming Gauteng’s residential property market.
