In Minnesota, we take pride in our fair and secure elections. I’ll protect the fundamental freedom to vote, even if it means standing up to bullies.

It is still safe and secure to vote by mail in Minnesota. Minnesota challenged the Trump administration’s executive order restricting mail voting—and won. Despite what recent headlines might suggest, the proposed USPS changes have not been implemented, and we’re confident and hopeful they won’t be at all.

Minnesota is part of the multi-state coalition that won another victory against the proposed U.S. Postal Service scheme to interfere with mail-in voting. The USPS plan remains frozen, and is not in place.

A big victory for Minnesota voter privacy. A federal judge dismissed a U.S. Department of Justice lawsuit that demanded private data on millions of our registered voters, including social security number information and driver’s license numbers.

Stillwater, what a turnout! Thanks to St. Croix Valley Indivisible for having me out last night. We had a great conversation about the state of our elections and what we’re doing in Minnesota to ensure a safe and secure election experience for every eligible voter from now through November.

President Trump’s speech was just the same old recycled (and debunked) grievances. Nothing more than another attempt to corrode well-earned faith in our elections. It won’t work.

Happy Pride, Minnesota! 🌈 Earlier today, I was proud to join thousands of Minnesotans at the Twin Cities Pride Parade. The rain and clouds gave way to sunshine, making for an incredible morning filled with joy, celebration, and community.

I’m optimistic about democracy in Minnesota despite the real threats and challenges coming from Washington, DC. Minnesota has successfully pushed back against federal overreach before, and we’ll do it again.

On Memorial Day, we honor those Americans who gave what Abraham Lincoln called “the last full measure of devotion” for our country. We owe our survival and success as a nation to their sacrifice.

Minnesota is #1 !!! 🏅 We’re the best in America, according to new rankings from the respected & non-partisan “Election Performance Index” at MIT, measuring states’ elections based on factors like polling place wait times, voter turnout, and post-election audits.
