A política de reembolso da @azulinhasaereas é abusivo e um insulto. Comprei uma passagem no valor de R$1400 para o dia 12 de maio que precisei cancelar após 48h e me reembolsaram R$50. Justificativa: Não devolvem taxas (ora, por que se não voei?) e mais multa de 70% (abusiva!).
Sei que muita gente reclama da @HousiOficial em Recife. Eu tbm estou deixando a Housi, pois não conseguem manter o meu flat em ordem, apesar de muita reclamação e dor de cabeça!!!! Vejam fotos
