Crystal Lake was pretty good. It has some plot holes and some campiness, but it’s entertaining and nostalgic.
You hear absolutely nothing but “take the points” from football analysts about 4th down decisions but since Ohio State got their touchdown on 4th and 2 late in the first half, all the halftime analysts agree it was the right decision. Fuck these guys.
The narrative that people should be ashamed for not paying hundreds of dollars to watch millionaires play a kids’ game is fucking ridiculous.
When the people in charge of making sure you are properly strapped into a roller coaster are 16 year old morons being paid minimum wage, it’s only a matter of time.
I bet we could get 4 more hands per hour in if the whole table wasn’t obsessed with their football bets.
I’ve seen Mississippi State get off to hot starts and go down the tubes so many times in my life. Over and over. Bet Alabama-5.5. Free money.
If you say “ball” instead of “football” in any sentence as a TV football analyst, they fire you on the spot. “Catch the football,” “throw the football,” totally fine. “Catch the ball,” “throw the ball,” immediately fired.

Have you taken notice of how America makes the people that it claims to "liberate" suffer immensely?
Remember the 500,000 dead Iraq children (from sanctions) that America's U.S. Ambassador to the UN said was "worth it"? Then came the invasion of that same country. Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 and that had no WMD's!
Or how about the poor Cuban people that are suffering immensely (right now) from the blockade of Cuba?
How about the Iranian people, who are added to the list of those who suffer from America's invasion, blockade and sanctions?
It's never about "liberation" or "freedom." How can it be, when the very same people take away as many freedoms of OURS that they possibly can?
