Shutting down the replies is indicative of how soft your department is. The proper response would be thanking those who pointed out the safety issue would be to acknowledge it and say the officer would receive additional training. @metpoliceuk

It's hard to believe that it was 7 years ago that this little guy entered our lives. He had the two best big brothers to mentor and protect him. I'm so glad Bandit chose us to be his family.
