Hey @British_Airways, it's been 5 months since my delayed flight and still no compensation or hotel expenses reimbursed? Seriously? A 24-hour delay is no joke, I expect better customer service than this! #Disappointed ✈️😡 Referred to CEDR @SimonCalder any advice?

Sad to say goodbye to Debbie Birchell today, retiring after 43 years dedicated NHS service. She has been an absolute asset to the Pain Service & a fantastic role model for all members of staff. Deb, it is an honour to be your friend & colleague. #careertobeproudof #bestnurse 😘
