I find it hard to believe based on history that he won't suffer another serious injury and bringing him back becomes a non-issue. Hope he doesn't but the guy has spent a lot of time in the OR.
Baylor is a private school so few limits on money for NIL. Stadium there is a 10 as are the facilities. And its in Texas which is better for recruiting.

Neff could make it very uncomfortable by dictating multiple changes in coaches and running all hires by some third party (like an ex-coach).
Worked his way up the Dabo ladder - were any P4 teams out there looking to bring him on board? Any Sun Belt, American, MW? Colonial? This is why Dabo's staff decisions are so bad at times.

Dabo won't change - when he hired Garrett Riley he made sure everyone knew it would be a Clemson offense, not a Riley offense. It took him a decade to hire a real special teams coach. Taj Boyd was selling real estate & next thing you know he's the QB coach.
He's not stepping down, Chad probably comes back along with a host of ex-player/ coaches. Only a serious reduction in season tickets, booster money and IPTAY for the avg Clemson grad will get anyone's attention, including Dabo.
