Olivia Haas, of Georgia Commutes Schools, recognized McGarity as an Idle-Free Champion. Data shows that our Clean Air Campaign improved campus air quality. We are one of four schools in metro Atlanta with this award. #CleanAir #IdleFreeChampion #McGaritySTEM #NoIdlingPlease
McGarity celebrated Georgia STEM Day with STEM H2O! It was wet, it was wild, it was a blast! And definitely day to go with the flow! Thanks to our partners for making this special for our Mustangs! #McGaritySTEM #GeorgiaSTEMDay #STEMH2O

New swag, new bag, new ideas for STEM! Thanks GA Highlands College for hosting the 2nd Annual NWGA RESA STEM Forum 2024! #NWGARESA
On Earth Day 2024, we celebrated the 2nd anniversary of our 2nd garden by opening a 3rd garden, The Sensory Garden at McGarity. In STEM, with help from PTA, community partners and grant money, 4th grade Ss created it as a solution to a campus problem. ❤️🌎
Master Gardeners came by to help 4th grade students understand what a Sensory Garden is and how to take care of it before students create one on our campus. Thank you for sharing your experiences and expertise!
