It's a facility for our most vulnerable. But as allegations of abuse and neglect emerge, we ask: are patients in safe hands? Thatβs #CarteBlanche this Sunday at 7pm on @MNet channel 101, and @DStv Stream.

Just because it's not been mentioned, but the early results in Daveyton in Ekurhuleni are super important. It's a part of the city with A LOT still to report.
Bhekimfundo Primary School:
ActionSA 29% (+20)
ANC 23% (-34)
MK 15% (+15)
DA 14% (+10)
EFF 6% (-15)
Turnout 52%
The EKU result is actually also incredibly radical (and could get more so).

Umsobomvu (Colesberg) was always an opportunity for the ANC to do well.
The ANC are well on track to grow here.
The local party the URA collapsed and many of those votes have gone back to the ANC.

The United Democratic Movement (UDM) are doing very well in Buffalo City. 2024 results and by-election trends did not suggest this. This is something to watch.

The PA showed tremendous growth in rural parts of the Northern Cape, Western Cape and the western part of the Eastern Cape since 2024. The party will be at least the 2nd largest in Khai-ma (Pofadder) in the Northern Cape. They had no seats there going into the election.
