#Colombia he estado recibiendo información preocupante sobre procesos estigmatizadores, militarización, uso desproporcionado e innecesario de la fuerza,y uso preocupante de reconocimiento biométrico de participantes en algunas de las movilizaciones pacíficas de hoy.
#Colombia Los estándares son claros "el despliegue preventivo de agentes excesivamente protegidos y equipados puede tener un efecto disuasorio en los participantes y, en ocasiones, elevar el nivel de tensión", el diseño de operativos deben estar basados en análisis de riesgos.
