We Owe You an Explanation: Our Demo Is Moving to the February Steam Next Fest When we first planned the Give Us A Sign demo, our target was the October Steam Next Fest. At that time, we did not have the community we have today. Since then, you found Give Us A Sign much earlier than we expected, and your support has grown into something much bigger than we imagined. For that, we are genuinely grateful. But with a growing community comes a greater responsibility. Your feedback, suggestions and ideas have already helped shape parts of Give Us A Sign, and we want to take that responsibility seriously. Because of this, we have decided to move our public demo to the February 2027 Steam Next Fest. We know many of you were looking forward to October, and we understand that this may be disappointing. There is also an important reason why we chose February instead of simply releasing the demo a month or two later. A game can only participate in Steam Next Fest once. We want to use that one opportunity when Give Us A Sign and its demo are truly ready. Moving to the February Steam Next Fest gives us more time to improve the game, work with your feedback and prepare the strongest demo we can. But you will not have to wait until February to get closer to the game. Before the public demo, we are planning a closed beta test with selected members of our community. We are also planning to give selected content creators an opportunity to experience the game earlier and, where appropriate, share some of their moments and experiences from the beta. We will also start hosting live streams on Discord, where we can test parts of the game with you, answer your questions and listen to your feedback directly. These community sessions will continue throughout development, including after the February demo and as we move toward Early Access. We will share the dates and details of the beta and live streams separately. Our goal has not changed. We want to make Give Us A Sign the best experience we can. We will keep working, listening and improving, and we will do everything we can to make the February demo worth the wait. Our Early Access target remains Q2 2027. Thank you for being here this early.
