“The DE played it exactly right and you rarely see that”.
BULL. SHIT. That DE played it the EXACT SAME WAY 4 plays earlier on the 4th down play. Take a look for yourself - he’s checking the QB the entire time. Also did it the same way vs Ohio State the week before.
Kyle Whittingham on the 3rd and 1 playcall on his Monday radio show appearance:
"Ideally, you'd like to just hammer the ball downhill inside run game and power it into the end zone. It was a bootleg and the route was wide open in the end zone. There was a guy 5 yards trying to close but he wouldn't have gotten. The DE played it exactly right and you rarely see that. To their credit, they were really well coached up on that. There was nothing on tape to show that; it was something new. Give them credit for reacting."

In a 60 Minutes interview, President Donald Trump was asked about the current state of Michigan football.
His response was as follows:
“Well, I love Michigan. Tremendous state, great people. But they have this offensive coordinator, Jason Beck. You know Jason Beck? Total disaster. And I’ll tell you something, I’ve dealt with the Taliban. Very tough people. Very bad people. But Jason Beck has done things to Michigan football that even the Taliban wouldn’t dream of doing. It’s unbelievable. We spent 20 years trying to get the Taliban out of Afghanistan. Michigan fans have spent eight weeks trying to get Jason Beck out of the press box. And frankly, I think the Taliban had a better offensive strategy. At least they knew how to advance. Jason Beck? Sideways. Always sideways. Nobody’s ever seen anything like it. A complete disaster.”

When CJ Carr goes to watch his brother Tommy Carr play, it’s a great story. But when a friend of mine goes to watch my son Ryan Day play, Pete Thamel throws a fit.

JAMEIS WINSTON WITH AN ALL-TIME QUOTE ON FOCUSING ON THE PRESENT:
“The Bible says a day is like a 1000 years and a 1000 years a day. Yesterday feels like a thousand years ago, that’s how irrelevant it is. So today, I’m focused on being one percent better”

Jim Harbaugh says if you really want something you should stop pretending the price is negotiable
“We all feel we have the talent, we have the commitment, we have everything we need. Let’s just go do it. And then that costs what it costs.”
“It’s everybody willing to pay the price to do that. Ultimately, if you want something bad enough, then you’re going to pay the price to get it. Costs what it costs.”
“And if you’re not willing to pay the price for it, then quit pretending that you want it. That’s where I feel the mindset of our football team is right now.”
