In a nutshell, this is why we love Peter... RT: @chicagofireasn DuNord interviews Chicago Red Stars CEO Peter Wilt http://bit.ly/taJTE

Nice bit on Kei Kamara and the other Africans coming in to MLS. via NY TImes: http://bit.ly/XPCTD

Watching Brazil - Egypt. This is a very improbable scoreline.

Need a win tonight to stop the bleeding and put some space between us and D.C. Fire have been solid on the road this year, but RFK is tough.

A very myopic half. Lots of meaningless long balls and sluggish passing. Chivas hangover, I guess.

Conde out today (injury) in case you hadn't heard. 3 others out for nats duty. Should be an interesting line-up.

Nothing cures what ails you quite like a Guinness.

Shrimp sale at Mr. Shrimp! Woot!

Headed to Toyota Park...feel like death. Hoping it's not an omen.

@kkfla737 great points, but has anything really changed (re: MLS officiating) in the last 10 years? I don't know how to wake up the USSF.

Love these lazy Sunday afternoon games... we need more of those. Against a struggling opponent? Even better.

Feel bad for Howard...he should have done better on that.

Lo and behold, there are Saint & Greavsie. Still funny and still brutally honest.

@RedStarsCeo holy cow! walk it like you talk it!

@SoccerMarketer Saint and Greavsie! I'm dating myself here, but that takes me back.

re: line-up changes, duh, answered my own question. Three guys gone. Confirmed: http://twurl.nl/acdxvn

@trygoldotcom Segares, Soumare and Blanco will all be away, I believe.

@trygoldotcom I'll gladly take that beer!

Now we have to turn it around on short notice. Dallas on Sunday afternoon. Wonder if we'll see line-up changes.
