Anyone know if WiseAngel is this app? I need to give her my email so she can send me her Borusara fics
You have to live in a bubble to think donations can ever be enough to sustain an entire website with MILLIONS of fics
The heaviest BSA chapter is about to drop next month and there might be no platform for where we can find those ao3 writers' fics

this is like when satoru gojo got sealed
We estimate that service restoration for #AO3 will take around 2 weeks but it could be up to 4 weeks. We are hopeful that we will be able to bring the site back up in a degraded state sooner. Refer to our status page for updates: otwstatus.org/

to be fair, ao3 ALWAYS gives out warnings before they do maintenance, the fact they shut down today no warning and now are saying it could take up to a month to fix. tells me there’s something really wrong. ): thankful for the support team always keeping us updated though

AO3 IS RUN BY VOLUNTEERS
they do not get paid for any of this. be kind, patient, and respectful to the volunteers who work hard to keep ao3 running, fight against censorship, and protect writers, fanfics, and people’s rights/freedom to write whatever they want, however they want
