The OTS & Safety Sam joined Scooter (the safety dog), @CHP_HQ, @RideSacRT & others at Safetyville's Trick or Treat event in @CityofRCordova (@SacCountyCA) on Sat. (10/24). More than 1,500 kids stopped by the @GoSafelyCA booth & were reminded to follow the rules of the road.🎃
